For the 2026 season, the 5-star Ranc Davaine campsite is innovating once again and upgrading its top of the range facilities to offer even more comfort, leisure activities and unique experiences in the Ardeche. Since 1979, the Ranc Davaine has always been a pioneer in terms of facilities, innovation and comfort, and 2026 carries on this fine tradition. Padel arrives at the Ranc Davaine for the first time
Big news for fans of racket sports: padel is coming to the Ranc Davaine!
To meet the growing demand for this dynamic and fun sport, we are installing two padel courts, located right next to our existing tennis court.
This sport, which is catching on everywhere, promises fast-paced matches with family or friends in a fun and friendly atmosphere. Accessible to beginners and experts alike, these new courts are a welcome addition to the campsite’s already popular sports facilities: our football pitch which was completely renovated in 2025, numerous boules pitches, table tennis tables also renewed in 2025, a tennis court, basketball courts, a volleyball/badminton court…
A new pump track
A new riding zone will also be created in 2026: a brand new pump track, located near the padel and tennis courts and perfectly integrated into the surrounding natural environment.
The circuit winds its way through the trees, offering a fun and safe route for bmx, skating, rollerblading and kick scooters.
The new place to be for your kids and teenagers!
25 new accommodation units
In 2026, 25 brand new accommodation units will replace older models to continue to offer modern, comfortable rentals that meet our 5-star standards.
Among these new additions, discover 10 new Buis Cottages located in a new pedestrian area in the Jardins Suspendus sector. Located near the football pitch and the river, this area is ideally situated for active families who want to take advantage of our sporting facilities and natural spaces.
This new area combines modernity, comfort and a great location, with spacious, bright accommodation that’s a perfect match with its surroundings.
New: pitches with private sanitary facilities
In 2026, the campsite will also offer new pitches with private sanitary facilities, providing a higher level of comfort while preserving the spirit of traditional camping.
These new pitches will have their own sanitary block with a toilet, shower and washbasin, as well as a covered terrace with an outside sink for added convenience.
These premium pitches will appeal to families and couples looking for privacy, simplicity and comfort, close to nature.
